TRANSFER DOMAIN

Dear customers.

Bellow is the instruction of transfer out domain to another provider.

1. Login to https://account.pakarhosting.net/ this website may not available after 5th December 2024. Alternative website http://pakarhosting.myorderbox.com/customer (only use if the first link shutdown).
2. Select or click on the Domains box section.
3. Select your domain name in the table.
4. Select registrar lock in the left section. Disable registrar lock on button provided.
5. Select Get EPP Code in the left section. Copy and save the epp code provided.

Example epp code: VlM0DE8VE

Now you can order transfer domain to another provider, new provider will ask epp code in the order form.

There is several email need to be confirmed by you once your transfer order confirmed by new provider. Please authorized the transfer request within 1-14 days or it will be cancelled automatically.

Please contact new provider for more prosedur, you may ask support from them if needed.

Once the transfer domain completed you may continue to change name server and migrate the hosting-data. Or vice versa, transfer hosting data followed by domain transfer. Or both at the same time (update the name server before authorize the transfer).

MY EXTENSION

Domain with my extension (com.my, edu.my etc) no need to migrate. You can continue renew on MYNIC website https://selfcare.ichoose.my/login. Please reset password on the link provided.
